Ode to my Beloved Teacher.
Dr. Ashwin MDS (IBO Certified) Sir.
A Man of few words, yet -full of action.
In a world of intellect & an intellect himself, he always chose His heart over his head. He wore His heart on his sleeve.
Every day. Every time.
In a world where everyone wants to be a leader & be on the Limelight, He chose to be the sacrificial. With meekness & service, He served Himself & also started to shine His limelight on others.
He exalted everyone.
He encouraged everyone.
He was a Pillar of Support to the needy.
Always Present. Ever Present. An Ever Present Help.
He loved unconditionally, (well almost.) He loved his teachers a little more.
He showed humility, by submitting to higher powers.
He was Cool. In fact, He redefined what ‘Cool’ actually is.
He redefined Leadership.
He defined Service.
He redefined Dentistry/Orthodontics.
His Standards were not restricted to IBO (Indian board of Orthodontics), but Excellence.
Excellence over the common, accepted mediocrity.
Excellence even when no one was watching.
He did not seek positions, but positions & Honour sought Him & found the right candidate.
He was not an ordinary soul, but a Maha-athma.
That gets me to the biggest Revelation of all. He reflected ‘The Perfect Father’. He took it all on Himself & exalted the discards.
You have Enlightened Lives, all over the World. Let it shine more brightly through you & through every person you encounter.
